- Why are the posters free?
Haven't you heard? The best things in life are free! Aside from that being true, our sponsoring companies have agreed to cover the cost of your free posters. There is no obligation to buy anything from these sponsors, but if you wanted to we're sure that would just make their day.
- What type of format do I need to send my picture in?
A good 'ol JPEG will do the trick.
- Can I order posters and or prints of different pictures in one order?
Each order must contain the same picture regardless of which items you'll be receiving. If you'd like to order posters/prints using a different photograph, simply start a new order.
- What is the minimum size picture I can send you for a poster and or print?
We know that talking about pixels and DPI sounds very scary to some folks. So we'll just say this, because we are working in poster size we do ask for decent quality pictures. Not to worry, most consumer cameras on the market today automatically take pictures in the required size. If you have any questions regarding your file size just shoot us an email at info@freedigitalposter.com.
- What type or thickness of paper do you print on?
100lb Silk.
- How many posters and or prints can I order at one time?
You can order up to 4 additional prints/posters along with your free poster for just $2.99 each.
- Do you edit or crop any pictures you receive?
Depending on the size of your image we may have to stretch or shrink your image to fit the poster or print you have selected. But don't worry your pictures are in the hands of highly trained professionals, and we will never disrupt the Integrity of your photo.
- Do you ever reject any pictures?
Yes, for two reasons:
1. Every once in a while someone may "unknowingly" upload a picture that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions. If your image violates our T&C's we will notify you via email. Speaking of which, now may be a good time to grab a cup of coffee and settle down with a copy of our Terms and Conditions. It's a good read!
2. If your image does not meet our minimum file size requirements we will contact you via email to let you know.
- How do I contact you if I want something custom done to my picture?
Just send an email to info@freedigitalposter.com. explaining what you'd like done and our team of art geeks will rock your world!
- Do you save the image files on your server for future use?
We will hang onto your image for a short time incase your order arrives to you damaged and needs to be recreated.
- How is your company going to protect my privacy?
Privacy is our top priority! We will NEVER sell or share any of your information with any other party. C'mon thats just creepy!
- Do you store my credit card information on your server?
Nope! Once your order has been processed, your credit card information is deleted from our server never to be seen again.
- Do you store my personal information on your server?
We will hang onto your order information for a short time incase your order arrives to you damaged and needs to be recreated.
- What type of packaging will you use to ship my order?
We use a polygon with three vertices and three sides in a long tubular shape made up of a wood-based miracle material that was developed in the twentieth century. In other words, a cardboard triangle tube.
- How long will it take to receive my poster and or prints once I place my order?
It seems everyone wants something for free! So due to the nature of our business please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your poster/prints.
- What do I do if I receive my order damaged?
Damaged shipment? Oh No! We take every precaution to ensure a safe arrival of your items. However, from time to time your items may get a little banged up in their journey to you. If this happens, simply email us at info@freedigitalposter.com with the subject line "DAMAGED PRINTS" within 7 days of receiving the item. In your message be sure to include your name, the date the order was placed, what item was damaged and the order number.
